You can make this casserole in a matter of minutes - it only takes 5 minutes for prep time!
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese

I have been making this recipe for my family for years - and hubby continues to ask for it! I am a big fan of casserole dishes. They are simple & quick.
SAUSAGE & POTATOES CASSEROLE
- 1 lb. loose sausage
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 cups cubed potatoes cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Brown sausage & drain. Cook potatoes and drain.
In pan, melt margarine. Blend in flour, salt & pepper.
Add milk all at once. Cook stirring constantly until thickened & bubbly.
Take off stove. Mix sausage & potatoes into sauce & put in casserole dish
Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
