The 10 girls are up tonight on American Idol! Last week the girls made the guys look pitiful. My favorites are Lakisha (?) (the last one who sang last week) and the background singer. I will be in front of the tube tonight at 8:00 p.m. eager to see who rocks it!
The guys did great last night! Sundance Head and Phil Stacey, my two favorites, were awesome.

Although multi-level marketing and direct sales companies are legal, tactics used by many of the companies’ sales force are unethical. MLMs are really nothing more than glorified pyramid schemes that promise financial freedom but typically only 1% makes it to that level.
Direct sales opportunities are appealing to so many people, especially women, because they promote an easier, more flexible way of life. They tease women with "benefits" such as fewer hours than a regular job, a flexible schedule, more money, and more time with the kids, and advancement opportunities. In reality, in order to make enough money, those in MLM will often work more hours, spend more time away from their children, and find themselves on a hamster wheel.

Tonight the guys sing on American Idol - only 10 left! We’ll have to wait and see who goes home on Thursday night. One of my personal favorites is Sundance Head. Although he seems to be having some problems since he went to Hollywood, and on last week’s show, I think vocally he has the most potential. He just needs to pick the right songs and try to calm his nerves. Yeah, right! Easier said than done - especially easier to say when you are sitting on my end of the television!
I also like Phil Stacey - he is a great singer, and nice to look at, too!
Former supermodel, and current talk show host diva, Tyra Banks fights back on the public scrutiny over her weight. Tyra, who proudly admits to weighing 161 pounds, just aired on this morning’s Tyra show that she is proud of her weight. In her recent interview and cover with People Magazine, Tyra is trying to get the message across to millions of women, and especially teenagers, that you do NOT have to be super thin to be beautiful.
I have personally spent my entire life battling weight issues and I think what Tyra is doing is great. At first I thought if she didn’t care so much about what others said about her weight then why is she making a big deal about it? But then I came to realize that she is making a big deal about it because of the message that it sends telling women and girls who are Tyra’s size, and even smaller, that they are fat.
Keep up the great job, Tyra! You are doing an awesome job!
The judge finally ruled that the baby’s guardian, Attorney Richard Milstein, is to decide where Anna Nichole’s body will be buried. The judge said he hopes that her body will be put to rest alongside her son in the Bahamas. The woman has been dead for two weeks - it’s about time. Most people are done buried by this point and I heard that her body was decomposing - gross.
Now the next big news we will hear will probably be who the real daddy is. I don’t think the baby looks like either Howard K. Stern or Larry Birkhead - with her it’s hard to say who it might be.
I was watching today on Dr. Phil the 2-part show regarding adoption scams and I felt so bad for the three women who were on the show that had been scammed by a woman named Melissa. Apparently, this woman, Melissa, had been scamming women over the past several years into believing that she was having a baby and that they were going to adopt her baby once it was born. But there was never a baby. She was never even pregnant. She would get out of it by saying that she had miscarried, the baby was born dead, whatever she could come up with.
Money had never changed hands, so the scammed women were having trouble getting Melissa arrested. Melissa was also on Dr. Phil, but she would not go out in front of the audience. She couldn’t even face up to what she did. How pathetic.
It looks as though in the past week, Britney Spears has checked in, and in less than 24 hours, checked out of two separate rehab centers. I heard last night on E! News that it is possibly because she is trying to get away from the paparazzi, but who knows with her. It amazes me how hard these people work to get famous, but when they finally do “make it”, they don’t know how to handle it. Most of the time they end up in rehab, or worse yet, dead.
Who knows what she’s thinking. I think her career is probably dead with all of this crap going on. We’ll have to wait and see!
