The cardiologist made it clear that in order to get my cholesterol down the natural way, I needed to be exercising 20 minutes at my maximum target heart rate, which she placed at around 115 – 120 for someone in my age group.
Of course, I tried to explain to her that someone with CFS cannot just start exercising at such an extreme pace, which it is extreme for us. So I am starting all over again trying to build myself up.
I started exercising 10 minutes at my maximum target heart rate on Friday and yesterday, Sunday, I increased it to 11 minutes. I really should have started at 5 minutes, and I’m feeling the strain today, but the doctor will not be happy if I go back in a few months and my weight and cholesterol haven’t changed.

Glad to see you’re doing well. Your site has a lot of good information for everyone! Just don’t forget the sunblock when you’re out there getting your heart rate up! ๐
Take care,
