According to the United States Department of Agriculture, only 17 percent of women in the U.S., ages 51 – 70, eat the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Scary, isn’t it?
I don’t have any problem getting my fruits in daily. It’s vegetables that I struggle with. I always tend to lean toward eating salad, but then I get tired of eating that, too. I wonder what the percentage is for those of us who are younger than 51 years old?
