New Supplements F & F Center Has Me On

My last visit to the Fibro & Fatigue Center, the doctor put me on a supplement called Bone Health for Vitamin D Deficiency and Coag Clear for my high fibrinogen levels. The brand that F & F Centers use (I think it’s their own brand?) is called UltraCeuticals.

The Bone Health supplement facts are:

• Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) Amount per serving – 3000 IU
• Vitamin K-2 – 500 mcg.
• Vitamin K-1 – 200 mcg.
• Calcium – 1000 mg.
• Magnesium – 500 mg.
• Manganese – 5 mg.
• Strontium – 1000 mg.
• Boron – 3 mg.
• Silica – 200 mcg.
• Other ingredients include gelatin, magnesium stearate

Coag Clear supplement facts:

• Lubrokinase 20,000 iu/mg – Amount per serving – 20 mg
• Bromelain 2400 GDU – 500 mg
• Serrata Peptidase – 15 mg
• Alpha Chymotrypsin – 15 mg
• Other ingredients – cellulose, gelatin
