I’m sure those of you out there with CFIDS can relate with the constant sleep problems. It seems as though my body is in an “all or nothing” phase most of the time. I either sleep too much or I don’t sleep at all or very little. I either have tons of energy, or none at all. There is never a happy medium for me. I would just love to have a normal schedule and a normal life for once. My body and metabolism are so screwed up from my sleeping problems it isn’t any wonder I can’t lose anymore weight.
