My SIL, who lives very close to me, has a swimming pool and I have found that the water is very soothing and eases the pain in my lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, and neck. It is also good exercise to walk around in the water. I have been spending a couple of hours the past few days with this great water therapy I found!
As long as you don’t spend too much time out in the sun, the sunlight is actually good for us and I found it does make me feel better.
So get up, and go take a dip! You will feel better in the morning – as long as you don’t over do it!!
