I weighed in this morning and I lost another pound! I am down a total of 18.2 pounds! YEAH!!
I have changed my eating schedule and I have been eating every two hours. It worked because we were even away all weekend and I had to eat out for every meal and I still lost weight. Hopefully now I will start dropping more quickly again. I do not expect, or want, the weight to come off all at once. That is not healthy. But I would like to lose 2 pounds a week, which is recommended. We’ll see!
